Abstract
In this dissertation, we will explore the Skew-elliptical distribution in a LCLC (linear constraint and linear combination) way. Their applications will be conducted in the following chapters. Chapter 2 is on random effects modeling in multilevel binomial regression model, Chapter 3 is on theoretical Skew-elliptical distribution construction, Chapter 4 is on variable selection for multilevel Poisson model with missing data, Chapter 5 is on skew prior elicitation. ^
